Park Safari: Tunbridge Wells Common

Thursday 23 August

Morning session:10.30 – 11.45am
Afternoon session: 2 – 3.15pm
Location: Tunbridge Wells Common

Bring along your intrepid young adventurers to our free family insect hunts around the wilds of Tunbridge Wells! Safari Leader, Dr Ian Beavis has scouted out the best game trails in the parks of Tunbridge Wells and he's waiting to take young explorers on the hunt for some magnificent mini-beasts . Hunts will take place on a weekly basis, in different wildlife hot spots around the town. Sessions are suitable for the whole family, but as this is a safari, children must be accompanied by an adult - should a child startle a carnivorous butterfly, they will need some one to hide behind.

To book your free place call The Safari Lodge (the Museum) on 01892 554171 or email museum@tunbridgewells.gov.uk

Please note: We will be operating a catch and release policy on safari for all creatures great and small.
